Very rude and unprofessional! I went through the drive thru and I pulled up to the window payed and got my receipt I checked the receipt to make sure everything was right but I didn’t see one of the sandwiches that I ordered on there so I asked about it and one of the workers responded in a very rude way, she closed the window and started making hand gestures and talking to her co worker about what I asked. It was all just a misunderstanding and she took it personal! Never going there again..

Havent been to a Burger King for years till now. Don't remember the hamburger being small with a large bun. It was ok for fast food.

This is a Burger King, you already know, but absolutely deserving of a 5-star review because of their stellar food quality and customer service (not to mention, conveniently located right off the freeway). Friendly staff and a succulent Whopper, what more could you ask for -- if you're driving along HWY 80 and need some BK, I would strongly suggest this location.

The girl at the counter seemed like she hated her job. No smile, thank you or hello. Asked for a well done burger it was not well done nor was ot hot. Won't be back here.

Well at first they did not want to honor the free TMobile Tuesday Wopper offer. But, then later they said it was ok. I got the Impossible burger. My son got the $5 spicy chicken meal. I also got onion rings. The food all tasted good.

French fries tend to be terrible at all Burger Kings these days. Chicken fries are awesome though. These didn't taste fresh, unfortunately. They had been sitting for a while before they were served to me. On the spongy side.

I remember getting 100 nuggets for 10$ here once. Im pretty sure i made my point of why this is a 5 star rating.

Ordered a long burger. Waited 10 minutes. Got a long chicken instead. The counter person refused to look at me. When asked why, she said she had a disorder. People that won't look at customers shouldn't be in a position that they have to deal with them. She was nice enough though. Other than that, the only disorder I could see, was my burger.

Just order coffee and they told us the wrong coffee and my sugar levels went up cause i order sweet and low and they gave me reg coffee in both cups

Just stopped into Dixon, CA Burger King. The food was fine...tasty as always. HOWEVER...the restaurant was filthy. The men's room was disgusting. The toilet was stopped up and unflushed. I stood in urine as I used the urinal. My wife said the women's restroom was just as bad. In the dining room, the baseboards were filthy, upholstery on the "car seats" were ripped and dirty. I finished my meal and left as quickly as possible. There were few customers in this store for obvious reasons. Someone from the corporate level needs to get down to this facility and take corrective action immediately. I love Burger King food but this place is going to lose you loyal customers if these issues are not addressed quickly. Charles McLaughlin Grass Valley, CA

Quick, quality service. Fries are fresh and burgers are made well with care, no sloppyness. Staff are always nice and attentive. You can sit back and watch a movie they have going on the big tv if you want. Lobby is a always to usually clean. Great prices for their menu. Love their dollar deals. I prefer over McDonald's for various reasons in comparison to McDonald's lack of cleanliness and quality. Always a returning customer.

I made sure to say "Make it hot and fresh please" and it came out hot. I have a problem with many Burger Kings not giving me hot food so I feel you have to say that to get hot food at all locations.

I went thru the drive thru on my way home (over an hour a way) they were a bit impatient as I orders 2 whoppers fries and drink...as we left my son didn't get a straw for his drink and while on my way I pulled over to find my hamburger bun scorched and my hamburger under cooked. Needless to say I was not impressed.
